About Shotgun Chess
The black king stands alone against the whole board, but he has a shotgun. You shoot enemy pieces, dodge attacks and think through each move to reach the last floor and beat the boss.
The game has over 40 ability cards, both positive and negative, and 12 levels whose difficulty depends on the cards you pick. Six enemy types have unique abilities, and you can go aggressive or shoot carefully from a distance.

- Finish every floor and beat the boss
- Destroy the enemy king without being checkmated
- All pieces move by classical chess rules
- The game warns you before a dangerous move into check
- Shoot enemies, and move to reload
- Between levels, pick a card set with positive and negative effects
- On PC, left click a highlighted square to move or left click to shoot, and right click to reload or reset the soul
- On mobile, tap a highlighted square to move and tap empty space to aim
